What You'll Do

Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior support programs developed by a Behavior Analyst

Provide direct in-home and community-based ABA services to adults with developmental disabilities

Collect accurate, consistent data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

Support individuals in building communication, daily living, vocational, and social skills

Follow Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and intervention strategies consistently

Help promote generalization of skills across settings

Maintain clear, timely session notes and required documentation

Communicate regularly and professionally with Behavior Analysts, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
What We Are Looking For
-
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

Reliable transportation to travel across the St. Louis metro area

Strong data collection skills, attention to detail, and commitment to following behavior plans

Positive, respectful attitude toward individuals receiving services and their families

Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
