What You'll Do

  • Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior support programs developed by a Behavior Analyst

  • Provide direct in-home and community-based ABA services to adults with developmental disabilities

  • Collect accurate, consistent data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

  • Support individuals in building communication, daily living, vocational, and social skills

  • Follow Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and intervention strategies consistently

  • Help promote generalization of skills across settings

  • Maintain clear, timely session notes and required documentation

  • Communicate regularly and professionally with Behavior Analysts, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation to travel across the St. Louis metro area

  • Strong data collection skills, attention to detail, and commitment to following behavior plans

  • Positive, respectful attitude toward individuals receiving services and their families

  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
