Licensed Behavior Analyst

We specialize in supporting DMH-funded adults through in-home and community-based ABA services across the St. Louis metro area. What You'll Do

  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)

  • Conduct skills assessments and design skill acquisition programs based on individual goals

  • Provide supervision and direct support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Deliver caregiver training to promote consistency across home and community environments

  • Monitor individual progress, adjust programming based on data, and update goals as needed

  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services in individuals’ homes and community settings (not clinic-based)

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards

  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Promote generalization of skills across home, community, and vocational settings

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Missouri (BCBA certification required)

  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Strong skills in assessment, program development, data analysis, and caregiver training

  • Reliable transportation for travel within the St. Louis metro area

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team
